Terms of Use
SBHOME Staging and Design LLC
Online Estimate, Approval, Payment and Scheduling System
Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. Scope and permission to use
These Terms of Use govern your use of SBHOME's online estimate system. SBHOME grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the system to request and review staging estimates, communicate about a property, accept applicable agreements, arrange payment and coordinate staging. The system is operated by SBHOME Staging and Design LLC.
These terms concern use of the online system. Your property's approved estimate and accepted staging agreement govern the actual staging services, pricing, renewals, cancellation, removal and other project obligations. If these terms conflict with your accepted project agreement about staging services, the project agreement controls.
2. Eligibility and verified access
Online estimate requests are available to existing SBHOME clients for vacant properties. Requesting clients must verify their email address. Authorized homeowners may use the estimate link provided for their property to review the estimate, accept the applicable agreement and arrange payment. New clients and requests for occupied properties must contact SBHOME.
Keep verification codes and private estimate links secure. Do not use another person's identity or access a property estimate without permission.
3. Information and property photographs
You are responsible for providing accurate property details, contact information and photographs, and for correcting errors you identify. Only upload photographs and information you have permission to share. Avoid including personal documents, access credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information in photographs.
You retain your rights in uploaded materials and permit SBHOME and the service providers supporting the system to process those materials as needed to prepare, review and administer your staging request. This permission does not authorize unrelated promotional use of your photographs.
4. Estimates and approval
The system may use artificial intelligence to assist with property assessment and estimate preparation. AI output may contain errors. SBHOME reviews estimates before releasing them to clients. Submitting a request does not itself constitute approval or a confirmed appointment.
A realtor who designates the homeowner as payer must be authorized to communicate that approval and provide the homeowner's contact details. That designation allows SBHOME to prepare the homeowner invoice and send the approved estimate and payment instructions. The homeowner still completes the applicable agreement and renewal authorization.
5. Payment and renewal authorization
The approved estimate and payment screen disclose the amount payable and any applicable payment-method fee. Initial invoice payments are handled through QuickBooks. A valid credit card must also be securely maintained through Stripe for staging renewals, including when the initial invoice is paid by another payment method.
Saving a card is separate from accepting renewal terms. Renewal charges are governed by the agreement and authorization presented for your property. Review those terms before accepting them. These website terms do not independently authorize a renewal charge or change your agreed renewal amount.
6. Scheduling and communications
Selecting an appointment does not reserve it. After payment is confirmed, the system checks current availability and books the selected appointment if it remains available. A calendar invitation confirms the booked appointment. If a scheduling conflict is detected, the appointment requires resolution before it can be confirmed.
Verification codes, estimates, invoices, payment updates and scheduling messages are sent using the contact information provided for the project. Homeowner estimate emails include the realtor, and staging invitations include the realtor, homeowner and SBHOME office. These are service communications relating to your request.
7. Connected services and privacy
The system uses service providers for website hosting, data storage, AI assistance, email, payments and calendar scheduling. Your use of a provider's payment or account services may also be subject to that provider's terms. SBHOME's Privacy Policy describes the handling of information associated with the online system.
8. Acceptable use and service availability
Do not bypass verification, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful material or disrupt the system. SBHOME may restrict access used for these purposes. Online functionality may be interrupted by maintenance, technical errors or provider outages. Contact SBHOME if an error prevents you from completing a request or payment.
Updates to these online terms will be posted with an updated date. An update does not alter a previously accepted staging agreement or renewal authorization without the consent required for that change.
